FX Digital is a specialist frontend Connected TV agency providing a wide ranges of services from Product Strategy and Design, to Engineering and Testing. Over the past few years, we have become a leading technology partner for some of the world’s leading streaming brands including Discovery+, BritBox, ATP Media, ITV and Dyn. To enable further growth and as we continue to exceed our client’s expectations, we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join the team.

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our Commercial team, ensuring seamless coordination and supporting FX Digital in delivering outstanding results for their clients. Your work will be instrumental in streamlining sales administrative processes, preparing compelling client proposals, and driving efficient collaboration across our teams. By mastering the sales operational aspects and fostering alignment between teams, you will empower the wider team to deliver their best, directly contributing to the growth and innovation of FX Digital. It is important to note you will be joining a small team. You would be reporting directly to the Commercial Director and will have the opportunity to grow in your role bring fresh ideas and perspectives from day 1, to help build the sales team and function.

This role will require a good understanding the streaming industry and Connected TV ecosystem. Whilst we don’t expect this knowledge from day one (any prior experience and knowledge is preferable), we are looking for a self-motivated team player who is willing to go the extra mile for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support:
    • Work closely with the Commercial Director to support the growth and management of the sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, and create the necessary sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
    • Regular reporting and collaboration with project teams as part of the sales process
  2. Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated with market trends in the Connected TV industry.
    • Analyse market data to support strategic decision-making by the sales and marketing teams.
  3. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the Content Marketing and Events Specialist to support marketing campaigns at industry events, online, and in-person.
    • Ensure alignment between sales and the wider team.
  4. Client Success:
    • Work with client delivery teams to prioritise client success and ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any issues or concerns promptly.
  5. Sales Process Improvement: ◦ Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process, identifying bottlenecks and recommending strategies to streamline proposal creation, follow-ups, and client communication. ◦ Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of proposal templates, sales guidelines, and marketing resources, enabling the team to produce high-quality deliverables efficiently.

  • Opportunity Qualification: Manage the qualification and sourcing of new opportunities to support timely conversion into new clients and projects.
  • Renewals: Monitor and facilitate client contract renewals to ensure continuation of service and client satisfaction.
  • Client Net Promoter Score (NPS): Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to ensure FX Digital remains a valued partner.

  • Proven experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or similar roles (at least 2 years).
  • Strong analytical, communicative and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with the Connected TV market and streaming industry is preferred.
