Role

The Sales Coordinator role at FX provides support to the Commercial function, assisting in the preparation of proposals and contracts, understanding the Connected TV market, and collaborating with the Content Marketing and Events Specialist, to support the sales pipeline and related marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Functional Accountabilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team 📝: The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Commercial Director to organise sales materials, prepare presentations and proposals, and support new as well as existing business activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends 📊: The Sales Coordinator will conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay up-to-date with market trends in the smart TV app industry.
  • Work closely with the Content Marketing and Events Specialist to support sales and marketing campaigns 🤝: The Sales Coordinator will collaborate with the Content Marketing and Events Specialist to support sales and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts at events, online and in person.
  • Work with the client delivery teams to prioritise client success 🤝: The Sales Coordinator will collaborate with client delivery teams to ensure that clients experience a high level of delivery and service that ensures their needs are being met in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or similar roles (at least 2 years).
  • Familiarity with the Connected TV market and smart TV app industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communicative and problem-solving skills.

Desirable

  • Experience with an agency setting
  • An interest in the media, sports sector, and/or streaming service
